Feedback from clients is positive overall
On March 16, 2020 when FACES had to close our in office counseling we immediately went about finding ways to connect with our clients.
Families in transition are stressed enough without having the additional burden of learning a new skill and setting up sessions online, but they did it for the sake of their children.
Divorcing parents need the contact with their children. They also need to be completing their court orders for counseling. We added additional times and staffing to accommodate the needs of the families we serve. Today we see an average of 160 sessions a week online and we are building capacity to see even more families.
We applaud those families who had never worked with an online program..neither had we...until this pandemic arrived.
